COVID-19 Policies & Procedures

PLEASE READ!

The following COVID-19 policies & procedures are set by our Government & Cosmetology Association of NB. These policies & procedures are put in place to protect you & your families. Also to protect us & our families. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us. You can leave a message a message at 459-001 or go to "Contact Us" on here. We will be doing everything possible to ensure your safety and the safety or everyone else. 

Services cannot be performed on anyone who has been in contact with an individual who been in contact with an individual who has had or has COVD-19 or who has been out of the country or from another province over the past 14 days prior to the service. If this applies to you at the time of your appointment, we will reschedule your appointment for 15 days later.

As soon as you enter our Salon, please proceed to wash your hands before your service. Also, wash your hands after your service is completed.

Only 1 client per employee at a time in our Salon. (With the exception of a young child or a person with a disability that needs accompanied.)

Clients are asked to please wear a face mask (when possible).

Clients will remove shoes or have shoe coverings (when possible).

If clients show any symptoms of COVID-19, your appointment will be cancelled.

All of us here at Northern Highlights, will be cleaning, disinfecting & sanitizing after every client. we will be following all protocols and requirements set out for staff & you.

We ask that you wait in your vehicles until we notify you to come in. If, you wait outside, please keep physical distance from others.

Our waiting area will be closed until further notice.

We also encourage a no touch Retail Boutique. Ask for assistance and we will gladly help you. 

There will be no hand shaking or hugging. (As much we would love to give you a big hug, we can't.)

WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU ALL AGAIN! We miss you all very much! As soon as we know when we are allowed to open, we will update you all.

P.S. We will be booking everyone who was pre-booked first in order as they were already booked. This is to keep things fair. Thank you again for your understanding.
